- Assessing customer-provided artwork for usability in both embroidery, heat transfer and various patch-style applications.
- Formatting graphics files for production and updating project folders and customer records accordingly.
- Producing digital proofs for customers to review and approve logo scale, colour, and placement on garment.
- Tracing and re-creating supplied non-vector artwork.
- Generating stock text-based graphics.
- Ordering heat transfer samples and embroidery files, and assessing sample quality to ensure it meets company standards.
- Managing timelines with heat transfer suppliers, embroidery digitizers and any other external suppliers to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Working with PRO account managers to provide support on artwork and technical embellishment related questions.
- Assisting Order Coordinators with order processing tasks as needed.
- Maintaining and updating digital templates and stock artwork archives as needed
- Assisting production team with seasonal wash testing of embellishment materials
- Upholding Fair Labour Association’s Workplace Code of Conduct and Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing throughout the Arc’teryx supply chain
