We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Specialist IV to join our Corporate Sales Operations team. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone in the early days of their designer career. This person will be responsible for creating product proofs for customers with their logos on our products (B2B), assisting cross-functional teams on logo issues, and maintaining gallery designs. Additionally, the Graphic Specialist IV will have a key role in our Corporate Sales department marketing efforts through the creation of a variety of marketing assets and serve as backup for email marketing sends. This is a great opportunity to put what you learned in school into practice and get real-life experience working on a badass brand.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create product proofs for customers, ensuring their logos are accurately represented on our products.

  • Become a brand expert to be able to execute on-brand designs and edit other’s work for brand accuracy.

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Ops team to design and develop marketing assets, including graphics for social media, SEM, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

  • Assist in maintaining and updating the marketing calendar and participating in weekly marketing meetings. Meetings are collaborative and attendees frequently speak in front of the group.

  • Learn and assist with sending marketing emails as the backup.

  • Research and implement new design techniques and tools to improve the quality and efficiency of design projects.

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute ideas to enhance customer engagement and marketing strategies.

 

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • At least 4 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • At least 1 year of experience or coursework in graphic design or a related field required.

  • Applicants should submit a short portfolio highlighting their brand work, logos, websites mockups, or marketing materials.

  • Proficiency in design programs such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or CorelDraw.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Inquisitive and problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

  • Experience with Braze is a plus.

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus.

Pay Range:

$18.85 - $22.10 Hourly USD

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
