What you’ll do:

  • Multi-channel campaign design: Execute visual assets for global marketing campaigns, including social media, web banners, email templates, and long-form content.

  • Event creative: Support large-scale events like InstructureCon by designing employee and attendee enablement pieces, including Zoom backgrounds, presentation graphics, one-pagers, and social media kits.

  • Collaboration: Work with copywriters, content creators, and channel managers to ensure a cohesive user journey.

  • Asset management: Manage a high-volume ticket queue (via Asana) and help maintain an organized, accessible library of brand assets for internal stakeholders.

What you’ll need (requirements):

  • Experience: 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience (SaaS experience is a major plus).

  • Technical mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Basic animation skills and proficiency in Canva and Figma are highly preferred.

  • AI curiosity: A willingness to explore and experiment with a range of AI tools.

  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a clean aesthetic and the ability to simplify complex information into a digestible flow.

  • Accessibility first: A deep understanding of WCAG accessibility standards as they apply to color contrast and digital design.

  • Contextual thinking: The ability to apply learnings (about design tools, brand guidelines, Instructure audiences, and Instructure products) where applicable across your work.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills—you can explain the why behind your design choices and incorporate feedback gracefully.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects/Premiere).

  • Knowledge of prepress and print production for large-scale physical events.
