We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–6 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling designs across digital and print media. You will work closely with marketing, branding, product, and content teams to create engaging visual assets that align with business objectives and enhance brand identity.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling, stays updated with design trends, and can balance creativity with business requirements. The successful candidate should be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality design standards and meeting deadlines.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print platforms, including social media creatives, marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, banners, infographics, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Develop creative concepts and execute designs that effectively communicate brand messaging and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, product, and business stakeholders, to understand project requirements and deliver impactful design solutions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications and maintain adherence to brand guidelines.
- Design and optimize graphics for websites, landing pages, social media channels, and other digital platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives.
- Revise and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining design quality and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Prepare final artwork and ensure designs are production-ready for both digital and print formats.
- 2–6 years of experience in Graphic Design or a related creative role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across digital and print media.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, visual hierarchy, and branding principles.
- Ability to translate concepts and ideas into engaging visual content.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing tools such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and wireframing tools.
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and web design concepts.
- Experience designing for performance marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
- Understanding of AI-powered design tools and emerging creative technologies.
- Photography, illustration, or digital art skills.
