We’re looking for a skilled designer who can help bring that mission to life.

We’re seeking an experienced Print and Signs Designer who can support our team with fast, high-quality creative work across our four core areas of business:

• Commercial Print
• Signage (indoor, outdoor, and large format)
• Tradeshow Materials & Displays
• Vehicle Wraps

You’ll be working in a fast-paced production environment where accuracy, attention to detail, and an understanding of print-ready file preparation are essential. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to follow a consultative approach in your interactions.

This is not a remote role, the position needs to work out of one of our locations in Idaho or Utah.  This posting is specific to the Idaho Falls, Idaho area but we have other Idaho locations in Rexburg, Twin Falls, Boise and Eagle.

• Design print collateral, signage, tradeshow materials, and vehicle wraps from concept to production-ready files
• Prepare precise, accurate files that meet all technical specifications
• Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround expectations
• Work closely with our internal team to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent communication
• Communicate directly with team members or customers as needed via phone, email, or messaging tools
• Uphold brand standards and follow production guidelines
• Contribute positively to our culture and core values

• 3+ years of professional print design experience
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Strong understanding of print production, bleeds, color profiles, paneling, and file setup
• Experience designing for large-format graphics, displays, and wraps
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Reliable access to equipment, software, and a distraction-free workspace

Position Details

• Full Time with benefits
• Monday through Friday 8am-530pm (be willing to come in early or stay late as needed due to volume of work or customer order needs).
• Pay – Hour wage based on design experience, specifically if you have sign and/or print experience.
