Mō te tūranga | About the role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join Fulton Hogan and help shape high quality visual content across our tenders, bids and wider business development material. This role is essential to help us produce clear, compelling submissions and marketing collateral.
You’ll work closely with our Engineering Solutions’ team while also supporting our regional business on high priority bids when needed.
Our preference is for the role to be based within our Engineering Solutions team in Christchurch, however for the right candidate, we will consider other locations with a Fulton Hogan regional office presence.

- Produce high quality materials ensuring brand and information flow consistency.
- Create compelling tender documentations within formatting restrictions.
- Develop and maintain standardised design assets, ensuring consistency and efficiency across documents.
- Support the regional operations when and as required.

- 5+ years’ graphic design experience, long‑form document design ideal.
- Experience working in deadline‑driven environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suite, particularly Word, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong layout, typography and information‑design skills
- Confidence using digital collaboration and file‑management tools
- A collaborative approach, the ability to work under pressure and pivot when priorities change

Skills Required
