Your Role: Own the Challenge
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join the Hub Americas Marketing Communications team. This role is critical in bringing our marketing strategy to life through high‑quality, visually compelling design that supports campaigns, customer engagement, and sales enablement across the region.
You will play a key role in translating complex ideas into impactful visual assets that resonate with customers and elevate ABB’s brand presence.

This role contributes to the Automation Energy Business in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Execution and Design: Develop high‑quality design assets across digital and print, including brochures, eBooks, infographics, presentations, and social media content. You will also translate marketing strategies into visually compelling storytelling aligned with ABB brand guidelines. You will design materials that support integrated campaigns, events, and customer engagement initiatives
Campaign and Sales Support: You will create and maintain sales enablement collateral, including solution brochures, case studies, and proposal materials. You will support campaign launches across channels such as LinkedIn, web, and email. You will partner with marketing and sales teams to deliver content that drives customer engagement and supports pipeline growth.
Event and Customer Experience Support: You will design assets for customer events, executive engagements, and experience centres. You will contribute to creating cohesive, high‑impact customer experiences through consistent visual identity.
Collaboration and Delivery: You will work closely with Hub, country, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and quality. You will manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment, delivering on time and to a high standard. You will coordinate with external vendors when needed while maintaining consistency and efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within B2B marketing or corporate environments
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print, and campaign work
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Experience developing marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and campaign assets
Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to manage multiple priorities
