Our published clinical research demonstrates that our combined approach to weight management and lifestyle change means that our patients are 4x as likely to lose significant weight through their course of treatment with Juniper.

• Globally, grew revenue by >120% YoY and grew our valuation to >$500M USD, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree - early backers of companies like Canva, Stripe and AirBnb
• Grew to over 100,000 monthly active patients globally across our weight management program
• Grew from 5,000 to ~40,000 patients in the UK alone, and received selective NICE endorsement to provide service to the NHS
• 5x’d our German patient base in 2025 alone

Our goal for the next 3 years is to be supporting 1 million patients globally - live better for longer - by launching into new conditions, demographics and geographies as we move towards our vision of creating a preventative healthcare ecosystem.

We’re looking for a designer to take ownership over designing our marketing websites, landing pages, static ads, and organic content. We are seeking a bilingual German and English speaker to help define how our brands live digitally, working closely with our team to make memorable, engaging experiences. As a Digital Designer at Eucalyptus you'll have the chance to create work that makes a difference - all of our brands have an immensely positive impact to our customers health & confidence.

• Design new brand experiences across all Eucalyptus brands to support new product launches and initiatives
• Leverage your design skills to help form and implement an adaptable design process across multiple streams of work, including landing pages, performance marketing amd organic channels
• Conceptualise campaign ideas in collaboration with creative strategists, copywriters and video producers
• Use Figma to turn a brief or lo-fi wireframe into a hi-fi design that developers can use to create the experiences
• Create pixel-perfect, intuitive digital experiences that build trust in our healthcare brands, and spark joy for our users
• Design mobile responsive experiences and consider different user behaviours and experience pathways when it comes to the UX of an experience (error states, cross-sells, logged in vs logged out etc)
• Work with performance marketing team to support in the creation of static ads
• Edit (and retouch) images and create icons using Adobe Creative Suite
• Contribute to brand design systems for each of our different telehealth brands ensuring it is on-brand
• Be English/German bilingual, and based in Berlin - reporting directly to our Creative Lead
  

• 4+ years experience working as a designer at an agency, inhouse, or studio
• Communicate fluently in German and English 
• Strong portfolio showing the breadth of digital design capabilities
• Deep understanding of the principles of graphic design
• High standard of written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Thorough knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to get buy-in from key stakeholders; working in a team.
