Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a fast, execution-focused Graphic Designer to support our client in producing high-quality visual assets across decks, social media, ads, and website design.

This is an ongoing support role (20 hrs/week) with a strong emphasis on speed and consistency over heavy creative iteration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-impact pitch decks and presentations (client-facing)
  
• Create LinkedIn carousels using provided copy
  
• Develop visual ads (static creatives)—often featuring client-led content
  
• Design and update website pages on Wix
  
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials
  
• Deliver assets with fast turnaround times
  

Tools & Platforms

• Canva (primary tool currently used)
  
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator – optional but preferred)
  
• Wix (for website design and updates)
  

Ideal Candidate

• Strong portfolio in:
  
• Deck design (high priority)
  
• Social media visuals (LinkedIn carousels)
  
• Ad creatives
  
• Experience designing website pages (Wix or similar)
  
• Ability to execute quickly with minimal supervision
  
• Comfortable working with templates, brand guidelines, and provided copy
  
• Agency or high-performance marketing experience (preferred)
  

Client Preferences / Notes

• Brand guidelines, templates, and copy will be provided
  
• VA is expected to design website pages (not just updates)
  
• Ads are primarily visual/static (non-complex motion)
  
• Strong preference for fast turnaround over heavy refinement
  
• Ongoing role: 20 hours per week
  
• Flexible schedule
