Job Description Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Graphic Designer, based in Manila, to join our central EMEA Pitch design team who are based in London. The candidate will support our EMEA business stakeholders with the design of high-end collateral to support the work winning opportunities of the highest strategic importance. They will work closely with, and report to the Head of UK & EMEA Bid Design, as well as working closely with the rest of the EMEA bid design team, and wider Sales Enablement Team.
This role offers the opportunity to work for a leading real estate company, on an array of exciting and creative projects, with creativity and innovative ideas at the heart of what we do and strive to demonstrate. A high energy and deadline driven environment, the candidate will be working closely alongside other designers assisting in the creation of bespoke high-end design and artwork for a variety of investors and clients within the real estate sector. We are looking for an outside-the-box thinker that can create an emotional brand connection, developing compelling content to drive demand.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Design high-end pitch, business development, and marketing collateral that tells a compelling story and strengthens brand messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with the UK & EMEA Bid Design team, Sales Enablement, and EMEA stakeholders to support strategic work-winning opportunities.
  • Contribute creative concepts and themes from the early stages of projects through to final delivery.
  • Manage and take ownership of multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Liaise confidently with Bid Managers, Marketing Managers, and senior stakeholders across the EMEA business.

About You:

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome or 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in bid, pitch, or corporate design environments.
  • Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills, with a creative and innovative approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office, with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management, organisational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), with strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
