What You’ll DoDesign creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, web, and ads (both static and motion).
Translate creative briefs into clean, bold, conversion-friendly visuals.
Use AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, or Runway to support visual ideation and production.
Collaborate with the content, video, and performance marketing teams to build cohesive campaigns.
Adapt and optimize visual assets based on performance data and feedback.
Maintain design quality across all brand touchpoints with consistency and precision.
Support product marketing initiatives with visuals that clearly communicate key value props.
Obsess over clean design, smooth motion, and sharp typography.
Get excited by creative challenges and moving fast with purpose.
Love testing visual directions, learning what works, and improving it.
Take ownership of your craft and never settle for “good enough.”
Keep up with trends in digital design, motion, and AI tools.
Care about detail, but always keep the bigger brand picture in mind.
2–4 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles.
A strong portfolio that shows clean visual execution and an eye for storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing/motion tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
Interest or experience in using AI tools for visual concepting and production.
Strong sense of layout, composition, and brand consistency.
Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and deliver under tight timelines.
Experience creating short-form visual ads or commercial assets.
Exposure to performance marketing environments or startup teams.
Knowledge of sound editing or simple VFX.
Familiarity with using templates, visual systems, and brand libraries.
