Job Summary

The Graphic Designer is a highly creative and detail-oriented visual communicator responsible for developing and maintaining the visual identity of the company and its full portfolio of products. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role produces brand-consistent assets across print, digital, video, and large-format environments. The ideal candidate is a versatile designer who is equally comfortable developing brand systems, crafting sales and marketing materials, producing trade show collateral, editing video, and capturing and retouching professional product photography.

This position requires an individual who is proactive, organized, and innovation-minded—someone who leverages AI and modern creative tools to streamline processes and elevate creative output. The Graphic Designer works cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, external vendors, distributors, and third-party partners, ensuring that all creative assets meet brand standards and support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine brand identities for the company and its products, including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual systems.
  • Create comprehensive brand guides and ensure consistent application across all touchpoints.
  • Maintain brand quality control across digital and print assets.
  • Design business cards, letterhead, print ads, brochures, sales sheets, catalogs, event signage, and promotional materials.
  • Create graphics for websites, social media, e-newsletters, trade magazines, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Produce both print-ready files and digital-optimized files sized to vendor specifications.
  • Design large-format graphics for trade shows, including booth walls, banners, posters, signage, product displays, and environmental branding.
  • Work closely with vendors to manage proofs, ensure accurate color output, and oversee production timelines.
  • Edit and produce promotional videos, training materials, and product feature videos.
  • Create motion graphics, simple animations, and short-form content for social and web.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., image generation, video enhancement, layout automation) to accelerate production and concepting.
  • Capture high-quality photographs of products in-house and on location.
  • Retouch, color-correct, and produce mockups or composites for marketing use.
  • Maintain a consistent visual style across product imagery.
  • Work with R&D to obtain 3D models, renderings, or technical assets needed for marketing materials.
  • Support Sales, Distributors, and internal teams with clear and professional training materials, presentations, and resource documents.
  • Collaborate with vendors to manage print production, proofs, and delivery of materials.
  • Organize, archive, and maintain all marketing assets—original files and final exports—within the Restricted Marketing Materials SharePoint system.
  • Champion process improvements that enhance speed, consistency, and scalability of creative outputs.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative concepts that support marketing campaigns and product launches.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 4–7 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within consumer products, entertainment, gaming, or a similar fast-paced industry.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to design for both print and digital, including typography, layout design, color theory, and production standards.
  • Experience creating large-format trade show graphics and understanding print vendor requirements.
  • Strong video editing and basic motion graphics skills.
  • Proficiency in product photography, including lighting, composition, and photo retouching.
  • Experience creating marketing copy such as headlines, CTAs, and short supporting text.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and willingness to adopt new technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.
  • Strong project-managementtime-management, and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret creative direction while also contributing original ideas.
  • Experience working within or maintaining a structured brand system.
  • Portfolio demonstrating brand development, print design, digital graphics, and photography/video work.

Internal/External Relationships

  • Internal & external stakeholders

Qualifications/Education

  • Bachelor's degree or undergraduate studies in Graphic Design or a related field

Special Requirements

  • Excellent reading and writing skills in English
  • Familiar with basic concepts of colour theory and grid-based layouts
