Support end-users with technical issues, manage the NetSuite ERP, provide application support, and ensure effective user administration.

Assist the engineering team in developing, prototyping, testing and documenting electronic systems for arcade products (LEDs, displays, motors, sensors, audio). Assemble and troubleshoot prototypes, maintain BOMs and test records, collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, and support compliance/certification activities.

Manage product quality and experience for arcade game offerings through onsite testing, data collection, reporting, operator liaison, technical handoffs, documentation, and trade show planning/execution.
