Position Summary

The Graphic Designer is a highly skilled, hands-on creative with a passion for design and a deep technical command of industry-standard tools. This role is ideal for a fast-moving designer who loves the technical craft of design, executes efficiently, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work across digital platforms.

Reporting to the Director, Creative & Content Capabilities, the Graphic Designer will support iLottery marketing initiatives across web, mobile app, email, and social channels, while also contributing to broader Lottery campaigns as the department continues to grow.

This role operates in a startup-like environment, building processes and scaling creative output as Scientific Games develops its production and creative agency serving Lotteries and adjacent markets. The ideal candidate has experience working with clients and is adaptable, collaborative, and energized by growth, creative challenges, and constructive feedback.

Job Duties / Key Accountabilities

  • Execute high-quality graphic design work across iLottery digital channels, including web, mobile app, email, display, and social media
  • Design campaign assets that align with brand standards, creative direction, and marketing objectives
  • Translate creative briefs into clear, effective visual solutions quickly and efficiently
  • Work fluently in Adobe Creative Suite, demonstrating strong technical expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other current design tools
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Collaborate closely with the Director, Creative & Content Capabilities and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure cohesive visual execution
  • Apply strong typography, layout, color, and composition principles across all deliverables
  • Knowledgeable in platform-specific best practices, with the ability to design assets optimized for performance across Instagram, Meta platforms, YouTube, and other digital channels
  • Adapt and version creative assets for multiple formats, sizes, and platforms while maintaining visual consistency
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining design integrity and a positive, professional attitude
  • Stay current on digital design trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within web, app, and social environments

Qualifications / Skills / Knowledge

Required

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design craft, technical proficiency, creative insight, and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience with a focus on digital platforms
  • Proven ability to work quickly and accurately while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of brand systems and visual consistency across digital channels
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, startup-style environment
  • Ability to receive, interpret, and apply feedback with a positive, professional attitude
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients

Desired

  • Experience designing for iLottery, gaming, or other regulated digital environments
  • Familiarity with promotional and performance-driven creative, including offers, bonuses, calls-to-action, and funnel-based assets
  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or basic motion design for digital and social assets
  • Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders and incorporating feedback into creative deliverables
  • Knowledge of print production processes, including large-format printing
