Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual brand identity across platforms and materials.
- Create marketing assets such as brochures, social media graphics, digital content, and presentations.
- Design brand elements including logos, typography, color schemes, and style guides.
- Collaborate with marketing and program teams to understand design needs and deliver creative solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Present and explain design concepts clearly and confidently.
- Stay updated on design tools, techniques, and industry trends to improve creative output.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work across print and digital media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual communication principles.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
