Design, build, and maintain enterprise-scale Azure data platforms and end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines (Medallion Architecture). Ensure data quality, governance, and security on ADLS Gen2/Azure SQL, implement CI/CD, monitor SLAs, mentor junior engineers, and partner with product and AI teams.

Lead design and deployment of production-grade AI/ML solutions across NLP, generative AI, recommendation systems, and document intelligence. Own the full model lifecycle: problem framing, data preparation, LLM fine-tuning, RAG and vector DB implementations, cloud-native deployment, monitoring, and retraining. Collaborate with data engineering to build scalable, observable AI platforms and deliver measurable business impact.

The UI/UX Designer will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, design UI components, and collaborate with teams for user-centered digital experiences.
