Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer will play an important role in contributing to the visual identity of our brand, reporting to the Director of Creative Services. This role involves strong creative instincts, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep understanding of brand storytelling. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and a passion for both print and digital work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design compelling visual assets for various platforms including print, digital, social media, and web.
- Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design processes and outputs.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant tools.
- Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing is a plus (Adobe After Effects, Premiere).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead design projects from concept to completion.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Ability to adapt to change.
