LOCATION: Lehi, UT

The Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brands by creating compelling, on-brand designs for both digital and print materials. This position supports a wide range of needs across marketing, sales, events, and internal communications, ensuring consistency and creativity across all touchpoints. With two fast-moving companies generating a large volume of materials, the designer will bring organization, fresh ideas, and high-quality execution to every project.

• Design digital and print materials including social graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, event assets, and internal documents
• Ensure consistency with brand standards while supporting the unique identities of two distinct brands
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to deliver creative assets that align with business goals
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Contribute creative ideas to campaigns, visual storytelling, and brand development
• Support the creation of templates, toolkits, and resources that make design more accessible across the company

• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills across digital and print projects
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Canva or Figma
• Proficient with Wordpress 
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual composition
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting deadlines
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
