Job Summary
As part of the Global Marketing team, the Graphic Designer develops company-wide graphics and layouts specific to marketing collateral, web pages and presentation tools in keeping with corporate branding and image standards. The ideal candidate will develop innovative designs and creative solutions, including brochures, newsletters, trade show graphics, ads, social media banners, web pages, event signage, e-mails and more.
Working with the Marketing Strategy team, the graphic designer is responsible for the development, execution and maintenance of the overall website, emphasizing user experience, lead generation, conversion, site design and effective content management.
Responsibilities
- Creating and refining innovative designs and style guides ensuring consistency in using Netcracker’s visual style throughout all marketing materials.
- Designing materials to suit a variety of media, including web, mobile, print and e-mail. Projects include microsites, website and style guides, PowerPoint decks, print and online brochures, social media banners, trade show graphics, posters and more.
- Creating digital and print assets from concept to production.
- Interpreting complex information and design objectives and converting them into easily-understandable visuals.
- Managing and maintaining graphic and video files
- Executing designs consistent with Netcracker’s brand vision, while understanding and interpreting Netcracker’s brand guidelines
Skills and Experience
- 5 -7 years of experience in a corporate graphic design role.
- Mastery of Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, HTML, CSS, Figma, JavaScript as well as advanced PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact with and pitch ideas to senior executives.
- Works well in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders, as well as independently.
- Ability to prioritize and manage projects to adhere to critical timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to think abstractly, creatively and apply good design principles under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with major web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Track record of working with various CMS tools and platforms
- Working knowledge of online marketing automation tools, such as Marketo
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive problem solver and exceptional team player
- Creative, well-organized, and detail-oriented
Education
- BA in Design or equivalent experience
Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000
