Role Overview:
We are hiring a Graphic Designer to join our Advanced Materials Division within the global Communications team, based in Krakow. This role is critical to supporting our branding and marketing initiatives by creating visually compelling designs for digital, print, and event-related materials.
We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced global environment.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for:
Designing web, digital, and print assets for integrated campaigns and single-use needs.
Developing artwork and identity packages for company and divisional programs and events.
Managing the design process from concept through revisions to final production, ensuring accuracy, and timely delivery.
Collaborating with communication team members, photographers, videographers, and internal clients.
Serving as a primary liaison with vendors for graphic projects to ensure quality and adherence to branding standards.
Maintaining a media library of images, artwork, and videos.
Supporting operational marketing and commercial teams with promotional materials, trade show collateral, social media graphics, and customer presentations.
Experience and Competencies:
What we are looking for:
University degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.
4+ years of professional graphic design experience (more design experience preferred).
Strong online portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Canva.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Good communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and propose solutions.
Video editing experience is a plus.
Ability to see the big picture and contribute innovative ideas.
