GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design positions
- Experience in design studios, cultural organizations, or creative agencies is highly valued
Technical Skills:
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere)
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing
- Proficiency in Figma for digital design
- Ability to create visual identities and branding
- Experience in poster design, opening titles, and web design
AI Tools & Digital Skills:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI text-to-image tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion)
- Familiarity with AI-powered design assistants (Adobe Firefly, Canva AI)
- Understanding of prompt engineering for creative outputs
- Ability to integrate AI-generated content into design workflow
- Knowledge of AI video tools (Runway, Pika) is a plus
Desired Qualifications:
- Portfolio showcasing diverse projects (print, digital, motion, AI-enhanced)
- Experience with cultural events/festivals
- Participation in workshops and continuous learning
- Interest in emerging technologies and AI in design
