What a day at work for you will look like:
- You will design & animate engaging motion graphics for campaigns, reels, ads, product explainers, and social media
- You will develop creative assets across multiple formats (static, video, GIF, short-form content) optimized for digital performance and not limited to printed deliverables
- You will collaborate cross-functionallywith Performance Marketing, Brand, and Content teams to deliver creatives that convert
- Stay on top of design and motion trends (short-form, TikTok/IG reels, AI-assisted design tools) and bring fresh ideas into our campaigns
- Work with multi-country teams to adapt and localize content while maintaining brand consistency
- Manage multiple design projects under tight timelines without compromising quality
Is this you?
- 2-3 years’ design experience, ideally in marketing or digital-first companies
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Strong skills in motion graphics & animation using After Effects (or similar tools)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)
- A portfolio that showcases motion graphics and digital campaign design (please attach on your CV)
- Ability to work fast, iterate, and adapt designs to multiple platforms and formats
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, and layout
- Time-management skills to handle multiple projects across regions
