Location: Brighton Head Office - Remote
This role leads the design and delivery of high-level creative work for Study Group and its university partners. You will contribute to brand development, ensuring visual consistency across all platforms, while driving the creation of impactful campaigns and marketing materials. You will bring creative flair, strategic thinking and creative leadership to elevate Study Group’s brand presence globally.
ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Develop and execute high-level creative concepts and design solutions for Study Group and university partner brands
  • Lead brand development initiatives, contributing to and maintaining brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across channels
  • Manage design projects from concept through to delivery, balancing creativity with timely, high-quality execution
  • Present creative concepts to stakeholders and communicate design rationale with confidence and clarity
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools and best practices, ensuring Study Group’s creative output remains fresh and innovative
  • Prepare artwork for professional production and ensure final outputs meet technical standards
  • Collaborate effectively across the marketing team and wider organisation to deliver integrated campaigns
ABOUT YOU
  • Approximately 5 years’ experience in a design role/environment
  • Proven ability to work within brand design guidelines
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (essential) 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong ability to translate brand guidelines into engaging creative output
