Your impact:We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team, focusing on visually compelling and brand-consistent materials for our B2B real estate brands in North America. Your work will support advertising campaigns, email marketing, blog and website content, and stakeholder presentations.

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with our marketing specialists and business stakeholders to create high-quality, responsive, consistent, and compelling visuals. Whether you’re designing banner ads, creating visuals for email campaigns, or supporting blog and stakeholder presentations, your work will help strengthen our brand and engage key audiences.

This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.
What you'll bring along:- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and effective design work
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related role
- Solid understanding of color theory, composition, and layout principles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere)
- Strong visual storytelling and conceptual skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to collaborate across teams and respond to feedback constructively
Nice to have:
- Experience with video editing or motion graphics
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive design
- Experience in Figma
- Create static and animated banner ads for digital campaigns
- Design engaging visuals for email campaigns and newsletters
- Produce visually appealing slide decks and stakeholder-facing presentations
- Support blog content with branded illustrations and visuals
- Design brochures, promo kits, and other marketing collateral
- Create or update landing page templates
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and CRO best practices
- Deliver assets optimized for different screen sizes and platforms
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams from concept through final delivery
- Contribute ideas to improve visual output and creative processes
