We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to support our local campaign efforts with compelling, on-brand visuals across digital and offline channels. This role is ideal for a creative who thrives in a fast-paced retail or eCommerce environment and can bring stories to life through engaging design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design assets for local retail events across web, app, and offline formats.
  • Produce visual content for email marketing campaigns (EDMs), aligning with campaign themes and promotional calendars.
  • Create organic social media content that showcases key products, SKUs, and merchandising stories.
  • Work closely with marketing and merchandising teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver high-impact visuals.
  • Ensure all assets are on-brand, optimised for their respective platforms, and adapted for local market nuances.
  • Manage multiple briefs simultaneously and deliver consistently high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming and maintain alignment with overall brand look and feel.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within retail, eCommerce, or consumer brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or Canva knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • German-speaking is a plus.
