Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and producing a wide range of visual materials that communicate our brand, products, and services to our target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure that our visual communications are effective, consistent, and aligned with our business objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogs, sell sheets, presentations, trade show displays, and other promotional materials, with a focus on showcasing our manufactured products.
  • Develop and maintain product packaging designs that are both visually appealing and informative, considering factors such as durability, shipping, and shelf appeal.
  • Create digital assets for our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and online advertising, ensuring consistency with our brand identity.
  • Produce technical illustrations, diagrams, and other visual aids to support product documentation, manuals, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring that visual elements effectively communicate the intended message.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all materials.
  • Manage and organize digital assets, including design files and images.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers and translators, to ensure high-quality production of design materials.
  • Adapt designs for various formats and media, including print, digital, and large-format displays.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends in graphic design, AI in design, ecommerce, and marketing best practices.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print and digital materials.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience with product packaging design, including knowledge of materials and printing processes.
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of printing processes and production techniques.
  • Experience in a high-volume content creation environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in creating content for industrial, automotive, hardware, or lawn & garden industries.
  • Background in workflows for mass content generation, ensuring brand consistency and quality across all outputs.
  • Demonstrable understanding and practical experience with AI tools and their application in graphic design (e.g., generative AI, AI-powered design assistants).
  • Optimize visual content for various digital platforms and formats, with a focus on maximizing engagement and conversion rates.
  • Proficiency with digital asset management systems.
  • Experience working in the Amazon ecosystem (e.g., designing for product pages, storefronts, advertising).
  • Knowledge of web design best practices.
  • Experience in executing efficient workflows for mass content production and automation.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and implementing new technologies.

Compensation Range :$60,850 — $74,550
