We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Brazil and help bring our brand to life through powerful visual storytelling. In this role, you’ll create a wide range of assets for both internal and external initiatives—including digital campaigns, social media, website content, presentations, events, and more.
You'll collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and brand teams to ensure a consistent and impactful visual identity across all touchpoints. This is a great opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves turning ideas into visuals that resonate.
🟣 Your challenge at Yuno
• Design and produce compelling marketing materials, including social media graphics, paid media assets, email templates, infographics, landing pages, presentations, and more.
• Maintain and evolve Yuno’s visual identity across all brand assets and ensure design consistency.
• Collaborate on storytelling efforts for campaigns, events, and product launches by transforming complex concepts into clear visuals.
• Work with the marketing team to support campaign visuals from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams on design needs for user interfaces, product visuals, and launch communications.
• Manage multiple projects at once, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers as needed to deliver high-quality design assets.
🟣 Skills you need
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a tech, fintech, or digital-first environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, from branding to digital assets.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and/or Canva.
• Understanding of digital marketing formats (email, social media, ads) and how to adapt designs for different channels.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with short turnaround times.
• Ability to receive and incorporate feedback quickly and constructively.
• Fluent English.
