Johnson Brothers is accepting resumes for a highly motivated and committed entry level Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team and able to communicate professionally while juggling multiple jobs in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment. The Graphic Designer will have a proven track record using Adobe Creative Suite and a good design sense. This is paid 40-hours per week with full benefits and will report directly to the Graphics Manager.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, with one remote workday per week.
Specific Duties:
• Create engaging and innovative designs for print & some digital applications. Including
signs, posters, menus, brochures, booklets, table tents and newsletters.
• Process, track, update pricing and ship orders via FedEx and our local trucks.
• Operate small format printers and miscellaneous machines in our production department for output and delivery.
• Customer service duties such as communicating with sales representatives in person, over the phone, and via email.
Position Requirements:
• Must be organized, and able to work independently in a very fast paced environment.
• Excellent prioritization skills are required.
• Able to juggle multiple jobs at one time.
• Learn and work with our internal ordering system.
• Willing to be hands on, with ability to work with printers, rolls of paper, ink cartridges, papers and materials.
• Strong abilities with Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign.
• Stay current with marketing and design industry trends.
• Abilities with MS Office Software: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills including confidence. communicating on your own with sales reps and customers.
• Be versatile and willing to help with whatever is necessary in the department.

The expected starting pay for this role is $22.00/hr.
