About the Business Division:
This role is part of ONEHealth Communications, a subsidiary of M3 Inc., which is a specialist Healthcare Communications agency working in partnership with our clients to deliver end-to-end marketing services across three key areas of Media Buying, Creative and Content and Email, currently employing a team of 32. This is supported by Data4NHS, providing one of the largest GDPR compliant email databases of Healthcare Professionals (HCP) in the UK.
Job Description
The position focuses on developing and delivering first class design solutions for all digital and print marketing communications materials (from print material e.g. stands, sales aids, leave-pieces to digital material e.g. email design, promotional banners, website, landing pages, as well as story boards to name few)
Responsibilities:
- An excellent mid-level designer with a passion, who enjoys designing from scratch, and/or working with existing brands.
- Coming up with design that will set us above the competitors!
- Responsible for producing high-quality graphic design outputs
- Supporting and collaborating with other member of the team to develop creative concepts and design plans to meet medical brand marketing and editorial objectives
- Manage creative deliverables within project timelines and brand guidelines
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to details and accuracy
- Delivering carefully crafted and well-structured design files and handover notes for development
Qualifications
Technical requirements:
- • Proficient in Adobe creative suite essential (InDesign, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- • Experience using Squarespace CMS would be very useful.
- • Illustration / motion design experience would be a bonus.
- • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
