About you

You should have extensive experience in designing vehicle wraps and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator. This role requires you to have a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of industry best practices.
You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design or similar relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in vehicle graphics design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator.
- Ability to create and modify dimensionally accurate templates.
- Understanding of production file preparation and industry best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within budget constraints.
- Willingness to learn and use proprietary task management systems.
You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and dimensionally accurate vehicle wrap designs.
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator to produce high-quality designs.
- Develop and adjust templates for various vehicle types, ensuring accuracy.
- Prepare production files with proper layering structures, grouping, and clipping masks.
- Design within specific material and budget constraints, optimizing material usage.
- Apply best practices such as rounding corners, applying bleeds, and bubble cuts to designs.
- Ensure all designs meet required specifications and standards to avoid errors.
- Use the company's proprietary task management system to manage and distribute projects.
