  • Presentation skills in Google Slides or Figma, including crafting polished, visually engaging decks.

  • Familiarity with creative AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL-E, ChatGPT) to enhance workflows and ideation.

  • Ability to create designs for both digital platforms (social media, websites) and traditional media (packaging, advertisements).

  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions persuasively.

  • Effective collaboration and time management skills, balancing multiple projects and deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of full-time professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, branding, and packaging design.

  • Fluent visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in the tools mentioned above, with a deep understanding of design trends and best practices.

  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
