Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Graphic Designer for our Marketing team. 

This highly motivated, creative individual will be responsible for designing compelling visual content that supports both external and internal marketing efforts, ensuring consistency and enhancing the Triumvirate brand.

This position reports to Graphic Designer. This role is onsite and is based in Somerville. MA. 

Responsibilities: 

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our brand and supporting external and internal marketing efforts. You will:

• Design engaging visuals, including digital ads and email banners, for high-impact digital marketing campaigns
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Internal Communications, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials (digital and print)
• Create engaging social media graphics to support campaigns
• Design and optimize dynamic website graphics (banners, icons, imagery)
• Create email templates using email design best practices
• Design professional cutsheets, guides, and white papers for digital and print use
• Collaborate with content creators to develop infographics and visual aids
• Develop event materials, including signage, booth backdrops, displays, and branded merchandise
• Curate and manage Triumvirate’s digital photo library
• Prepare files for print production and collaborate with print vendors

Basic Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• A portfolio showcasing your graphic design work and creativity
• Strong foundation in design principles (layout, typography, color)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
• Experience working on both digital marketing and print design projects
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback
• Knowledge of digital accessibility best practices and experience with designing for accessibility
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship

Preferred Requirements: 

• Knowledge of animation or video editing software
• Ability to create animated digital ads (HTML5, for example)
• Experience with Canva
• Experience in environmental services or B2B marketing
