Job Description
Summary
The Graphic Designer position will work across a range of brands within the Evolution Group supporting the Marketing, Promotion, Commercial and Business Development teams and its marketing strategies by creating both print and digital artwork for the North American region.
The primary responsibilities involve generating marketing materials for our new and existing live casino and slot games for our brands Evolution, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Ezugi, Big Time Gaming, and Digiwheel as well as digital and printed content for exhibitions, events, and conferences. Key projects will include creating and keeping up-to-date marketing assets for Evolution’s product offering, while ensuring an appropriate translation of the marketing material for North American markets. This position presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced designer who can provide a comprehensive and organized approach to shaping brand identities.
Responsibilities:
- Creation of sets of static and dynamic banners and thumbnails in multiple formats featuring our games and promotions, both existing and new ones as the needs arise for the North American region.
- Supporting all areas of marketing by creating visual materials suitable for various platforms and purposes
- Updating and refining our current marketing assets
- Creating and updating presentations and other types of corporate templates as well as assisting in ongoing maintenance of corporate websites and content
- Producing finished design work for exhibitions and conferences – including print brochures, invitations, screen animations and branded goods
- Assisting with preparations for exhibitions and events, including liaising with stand designers and internal teams
- Supporting the senior designers in executing larger design projects under their direction
- Monitoring the presence of Evolution games on operators’ websites and ensuring a correct representation of our products online/onsite
- Participating in brainstorming sessions to share new perspectives and ideas
- Contributing to an effective, efficient and productive marketing department by ensuring that the appropriate tools, competencies and brand guidelines are followed
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required
Qualifications
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field, covering the fundamentals of Graphic Design
- 2-3+ years of Graphic Design experience
- Expert skills in the full Adobe Creative Suite with advanced skills in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Takes critique constructively and uses feedback to improve creative output
- Flexible approach to work – working proactively as part of a small team, in a larger organization, with the ability to work alone as well as part of the team
- Approachable, helpful and thrives in a supporting role
- Previous experience in a similar design/marketing role in a B2B environment, whether agency or corporate setting
Additional nice-to-have skills:
- 2D/3D Animation
