What We Need
NetBrain is seeking a creative and talented Web Developer to develop and design the aesthetics, visual elements, and layout of product artwork, component designs, and marketing materials to elevate the product's image.
The Impact You’ll Make
You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to develop visuals that accurately convey complex technical concepts, enhance user experience, and represent our brand. Your outputs will provide NetBrain with high-quality engineering graphics and visual assets to support product development, marketing efforts and technical documentation.
What You’ll Do
- You will create technical illustrations, schematics, and diagrams for engineering products, software interfaces, and user manuals.
- Translate complex engineering concepts into clear and compelling visual graphics that aid in understanding.
- Work with engineers, developers, and product managers to gather information and create visual designs that meet technical and aesthetic requirements.
- Ensure that all design work adheres to the company’s branding guidelines and enhances the company’s image in the market.
- Design graphic elements for marketing materials, presentations, websites, social media, and product launches.
- Create design mockups and prototypes, iterating based on feedback from stakeholders and team members.
- Support technical documentation with visual aids, infographics, and illustrations to improve user understanding.
- Maintain organized files and design assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and reusable.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on engineering, technology, or software products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch.
- Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of technical illustration and the ability to visually communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different departments.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software, animation tools and industry relevant media software
- Experience on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Understanding of network engineering terminology and processes is preferred
