What We Need: 
Are you passionate about design and interested in playing an integral role on a growing team? UMortgage is hiring a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who excels in producing professional, high-quality designs and managing multiple projects autonomously. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating digital & print marketing content in alignment with brand guidelines and consulting with various teams to understand design needs. You should exhibit solid experience in graphic design and be a team player with strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and creativity. 
What You'll Do

• Partner with teams and leaders across the business to understand design needs and produce deliverables for a variety of projects that follow brand standards.
• Own the company’s visual identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across all design assets. 
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to translate vision into design.
• Conceptualize, design and produce professional creative marketing pieces for print, web and social that will establish and reinforce the company’s brand, image and message. 
• Produce unique and creative solutions to elevate the UMortgage brand.
• Support the creative needs of UMortgage branch locations and create deliverables that promote cohesion across all branches and their individual brands.
• Present creative concepts and sell direction to Marketing team members, leaders, and branch managers.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as your primary design tools, and Create scalable designs that include the utilization of templates and creation of artwork that can be transported into Canva for a user-friendly experience. 
• Ensure the design and production of the piece effectively implements the creative concept and adheres to established brand standards. 
• Design, produce, and manage all projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. 
• The candidate should be culturally savvy and have a pulse on current trends. 
• Engage in brainstorming and other group collaborations to generate creative ideas, concepts, themes, and campaigns to push creative and bring fresh perspectives. 
• Maintain a digital graphics library and update brand guidelines as needed.
• Bring intentional design decisions to all creative work. 
• Lead and execute design projects autonomously from concept to completion.
• Work autonomously on 8-12 projects a week.
• Additional responsibilities related to business needs. 

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field. 
• 4-6 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• A complete portfolio of visual design examples. 
• Demonstrated experience working in digital marketing.
• Fluent in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). 
• Experience in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus.
• Proficiency in building emails and working with email delivery optimization tools. 
• Exceptional creative abilities as reflected in original graphic designs. 
• Able to receive and give feedback frequently. 
• Proficiency in keeping up with visual design technologies and industry trends. 
• Excellent communication, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking skills. 
• Must be adaptable, accountable and deadline-driven.
