Higharc is a VC-backed startup that is changing how new homes are designed and built. Join a founding team who’ve shipped products for Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, and Apple.

We're in search of a jack–of-all-trades designer to join our Marketing team to help bring our product to life across a multitude of marketing channels and mediums. You know what exceptional design is and can expertly translate ideas and business requirements into captivating designs and content that drives impact.

This is NOT a pure brand design or creative director role–we are seeking a highly capable individual who isn't just looking for a job but is on a mission to make a significant impact through their hands-on creativity and hustle.

What You’ll Do:

  • Concept Development: Bring innovative ideas and design concepts to the table for key marketing programs and initiatives. Collaborate with the internal marketing team to translate into impactful campaigns and assets.
  • Creative Development: Design and produce a range of marketing assets including but not limited to case studies, whitepapers, direct mail, email, digital ads, slide decks, print advertising, and website designs.  Select colors, fonts, photographs, layouts, and other design elements to communicate creative concepts.
  • Animation, Motion Graphics, or Video Production: We want to bring our platform to life so if you can create/edit videos or create animations / motion graphics that's a significant advantage.
  • Product Marketing Content Design: Develop a knowledge of our product and partner with PMM + PM to accurately translate into captivating UI graphics, product illustrations, and other assets.
  • Content Production: Prepare and package files for print, social and web, working closely with external teams and vendors (i.e., proofing, color-matching, approving for print and exporting to different aspect ratios).
  • Project Management: Own your projects and prioritize workload using Asana

Who You Are:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a graphic design role for B2B software or technology applications

  • Knowledge of architecture, home design, or building sciences is ideal
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc)

Proficiency in creating product graphics, animations, or motion to represent product UI and user benefits

  • Proficiency in Webflow is a plus
  • Ability to leverage AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, etc is ideal, but not required
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both in written and face-to-face contexts
  • Exceptional attention to detail, maintaining high quality bar from POC to final asset.
  • You're a self-starter with the ability to hustle and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You have a strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design, branding, and creative work (submission required).
  • You understand technical concepts and can translate them into user-friendly content.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
