STV is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our National Water Team. This position is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office) and will be located in one of our following offices: Frisco, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Dallas, TX; or Charlotte, North Carolina. For the right candidate, other office locations may be considered.

STV has served the water sector for more than 40 years, partnering with utilities, agencies, and system owners to plan, design, and deliver reliable, resilient infrastructure. Our work spans drinking water, wastewater, and resource recovery, bringing technical depth and a One Water perspective to projects that support public health, environmental stewardship, and long-term community growth.

Your Role: Bringing the One Water Mission to Life
At STV, graphic design is more than making materials look polished. It is visual storytelling that makes complex ideas clear, strengthens our proposals and presentations, and brings pursuit strategies to life.

The ideal candidate combines strong design capabilities with the organization, initiative, and collaborative mindset of a proposal professional. You can transform complex information into a persuasive visual story while helping teams coordinate content, manage deliverables, and move assignments from initial concept through final submission.
