Job
Summary
We are
looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer who can create
high-quality, engaging visual content across digital platforms. The ideal
candidate should have a strong design sense, attention to detail, and the
ability to work quickly while maintaining brand consistency.
Key
Responsibilities
· Create engaging social media
creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns, including banners,
thumbnails, carousels, infographics, and marketing creatives.
· Develop creatives for internal and
external communication while maintaining Finnovate’s brand guidelines, visual
identity, typography, and overall design consistency.
· Adapt designs into different formats
and sizes as required across digital platforms.
· Collaborate with the marketing and
content teams to understand creative requirements and incorporate feedback
efficiently.
· Use AI tools for image generation,
ideation, creative enhancement, and improving design workflows and turnaround
time.
· Stay
updated with emerging AI tools, design trends, and creative best practices.
What
We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
- Good understanding of social
media design and digital content.
- Strong attention to detail and
consistency.
- Ability to work on multiple
projects and deliver within timelines.
- Comfortable receiving feedback
and working through multiple iterations.
- Creative, collaborative, and
practical approach to work.
Tools
Expected
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- AI design tools such as
Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, etc.

Monday to
Saturday
(Alternate Saturdays are off)

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Employees
working on Sundays are eligible for 1 compensatory off.
Skills Required
- 2–4 years of relevant graphic design experience
- Strong understanding of social media design and digital content
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines
- Comfort receiving feedback and working through multiple iterations
- Creative, collaborative, and practical approach to work
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with Canva
- Familiarity with AI design tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, or Adobe Firefly
