Maesa is looking for a temporary Graphic Designer for 6-Months with a strong focus on digital and social design, with additional experience in packaging. This role requires a high level of execution, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple brands and channels while maintaining consistency.

This role will be based in NYC, with a hybrid 3 days week in office schedule. 

Responsibilities  

  • Design assets across digital and social channels, including social media, paid media, and e-commerce
  • Develop and execute creative concepts aligned to brand strategy
  • Maintain and apply brand guidelines across multiple brands
  • Design and refine packaging, including print-ready files and production support
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver creative on time and at a high standard
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Incorporate AI tools into the design process where applicable

Qualifications  

  • 5–8+ years of graphic design experience
  • Experience in beauty, luxury, fashion, or a related industry preferred
  • Agency experience and/or experience working across multiple brands strongly preferred
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital/social work and packaging experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Working knowledge of Figma or similar tools
  • Strong typography, layout, and color skills
  • Understanding of social platforms and digital formats
  • Ability to take direction, apply feedback, and iterate quickly
  • Heavy interest or experience in AI capabilities with Creative 
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to manage multiple priorities across brands
  • Clear communicator and collaborative
  • Comfortable working independently when needed

Other Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in motion or basic animation (After Effects)
  • Familiarity with AI design tools and workflows
  • Experience preparing files for print and working with vendors

PAY RANGE:  

$33/hr - $38/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
