THE JOB

The Graphic Designer – Sales Enablement is a creative role responsible for bringing the Ticketmaster story to life in sales pitches and collateral, across different entertainment verticals, clients, and media types. You will design presentations and sales marketing materials as you transform ideas into compelling stories. You will take input from various stakeholders (including Sales Strategy, Product Marketing, Product Managers/Designers, and B2B Marketing) and provide support to the North America Sales Team as you create visuals for ad hoc and longer-term projects.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Operate within a set of brand guidelines to design and prepare engaging presentations with compelling content and visuals.
  • Support the Sales Strategy & Enablement Team by providing visual and graphic designs for sales presentations and collateral, which may also include emails, websites, blogs, event collateral, and more.
  • Collaborate with various account teams and subject matter experts under tight deadlines.
  • Interpret multiple directions and edits to effectively tell a focused story.
  • Review final drafts with a critical eye on design and copy.
  • Other responsibilities, as defined by business requirements.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • 1-3 years of graphic design experience required.
  • Experience in building presentations at an expert level within Microsoft PowerPoint required.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office Suite (e.g Word and PowerPoint), and Google Workspace (e.g. Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) required.
  • Experience in creating onsite, event collateral (e.g. tradeshows, internal team conferences, etc.).
  • A knack for storytelling, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the capacity to pivot and multitask.
  • Experience with video, animation, and/or website creative a plus.
  • Experience with Figma, Box, and/or Asana a plus.
