Graphic Designer / Presentation Design Specialist

JOB OBJECTIVE

The Presentation Design Specialist is a part of our brand team and responsible for bringing our customer’s vision to life within our DIGIDECK software. On a daily basis, you will design custom creative elements and interactions, complete presentation slide layouts and visualization and complete full presentation builds on behalf of our clients. In partnership with our brand strategy team, you’ll review strategic briefs and direction, and leverage your design skills and our cloud-based, interactive platform to develop captivating presentation experiences, surpassing our customer’s expectations.

We are a growth-stage SasS company that empowers sales and marketing teams through the DIGIDECK, our one-of-a-kind platform, to engage with customers and close more business, faster. Our technology platform acts as a master presentation allowing sales teams to create customized presentations and proposals in minutes. The DIGIDECK improves customer-facing interactions by providing real-time visibility and analytics for both sellers and sales leaders.

This position will report to our Creative Director 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Conceptualize design and layout interactive and impactful presentations on behalf of our clients
• Create compelling, interactive infographics and custom, on-brand visual storytelling aids to support client presentation needs
• Collaborate with client and brand teams and subject matter experts under tight deadlines to interpret and visualize client content and design
• Adhere to presentation briefs and manage multiple project timelines simultaneously
• Quickly respond to multiple last minute creative direction and multiple rounds of edits (internal and client facing)
• Proven ability to manage and execute against multiple project tasks, and work efficiently against tight deadlines
• Maintain brand standards and consistency of message and design across DIGIDECK client materials, including design systems for headers, content and imagery 
• Enhance client facing content with the use of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, in the production of graphics and assets for presentations and proposals
• Source master content from internal, web based and client-facing content management systems 
• Knowledge and proven success taking content and strategic direction from words to full experiential and/or Information graphics
• Follow projects from concept to final approval, ensuring the integrity of the creative concept is kept in focus throughout
• Advanced cloud-based presentation edits and animation
• Create, format, and edit client DIGIDECK presentations 
• Create vector designs and logos in Illustrator

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in presentation design, ideally in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding and ability to interpret client requirements and needs, and build on-brand on-message presentations.
• Strong command of the Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, XD), as well as working knowledge of CSS and HTML (you’ll have a production partner to work with)
• Uses graphics software (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) to design and produce finished artwork, including motion graphics 
• Ability to manage work autonomously, multi-task, and meet fast-evolving deadlines with a curiosity and passion for compelling experiences.
• Strong visual design skills, including a solid understanding of typography, composition, and use of color
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational, project, and time management skills
• Willingness to be coached and open to an ever-changing environment
