The Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our international marketing team and help drive brand engagement, company culture, and commercial success through compelling design.

  • What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • You’ll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced marketing team that covers everything from digital campaigns to internal communications. Your work will span digital, print, video, and animation—no two days will look the same.
  • Conceptualize and manage digital and print design projects
  • Support brand direction across social media and advertising platforms
  • Storyboard, present, and execute video-based marketing materials
  • Organize and direct photo and video shoots
  • Manage external contractors (videographers, editors) and their timelines
  • Design advertising for retargeting, social media, and web campaigns
  • Create digital assets for landing pages, recruitment, sales, and blogs
  • Lead printed design initiatives: brochures, flyers, trade show banners, vehicle wraps, uniforms, signage
  • Provide design support for customer proposals and presentations
  • Participate in strategy sessions with marketing and communications leadership

  • What You’ll Bring
  • Must-Have Experience
  • 4+ years in a commercial design role (digital + print)
  • Strong portfolio including video, animation, and multimedia projects
  • Experience directing video shoots and creating video-based content
  • Proven ability to uphold brand guidelines while innovating creatively
  • Skilled in designing for web and social platforms
  • Comfortable managing project timelines and external contractors
  • Experience organizing and maintaining asset libraries
  • Track record of leading cross-functional projects from start to finish
  • Must-Have Skills
  • High proficiency in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or Premiere Pro
  • Strong ideation and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to present concepts clearly and explain design rationale
  • Receptive to feedback and thrives in collaborative environments
  • Motion graphics and animation experience
  • Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with proposal design and tender responses
  • Familiarity with vehicle wrap and uniform design
  • Understanding of marketing strategy and campaign planning
