This opportunity entails being responsible for the creation of digital assets such as icons, photography, videos and stock graphics to be used in proposals, presentations, PR and internal/external communications. Coordinates the production of materials to create an image, communicate concepts, or deliver a message in the most effective way.

What You'll Do:

• Creates print and digital materials for proposals, including templates, charts, maps, infographics, covers and layout.
• Creates print and digital materials for presentations, including PowerPoints, leave-behinds, and display boards.
• Creates print and digital materials for PR and internal communications, including brochures, ads, and announcements.
• Brainstorms new ideas and creates concepts for visually communicating key messages.
• Maintains and organizes digital assets such as icons, photography, and stock graphics.
• Coordinates with print vendors and photographers.
• May review and approve final graphics.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

• Associates Degree in Art, Graphic Design or related field and 3 years of relevant experience, or
• In lieu of education 5 years of relevant experience

What You'll Bring:

• Use of design software included, but not limited to, in the Adobe Creative Suite proficiently, with support from more senior staff.
• Converting substantial amounts of data or information into visual illustrations proficiently, with support from senior staff.
• Creatively translating information by assessing problems and conveying visual solutions, with support from more experienced staff.
• Developing PowerPoint or Keynote presentation templates proficiently, with support from senior staff. Participates in presentation rehearsal.
• Assisting in the creation and presentations for training purposes
• Understanding of typography, color balance, composition, and spacing.
• Able to organize, convert, and manage design files across all major formats.

What We Prefer:

• Bachelor's Degree in Art, Graphic Design or related field
• Multimedia design knowledge and capabilities (web, a/v post-production, motion graphics, etc.)
• Established design experience and portfolio
• A desire and curiosity to develop new communication related skill sets.
