Your Mission:
Responsible for a variety of projects developing on-target graphic communications for all brand & marketing communications. This position will provide consultation to clients and is responsible for the project timeline and all phases of the project.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Generate concepts and designs for specific print, digital, broadcast, POP and communication materials. Execute franchisees and internal creative requests that support the overall brand strategies and coordinates all phases of assigned projects, including:
- Preparing work to be accomplished by gathering appropriate information
- Planning concept and design
- Obtains approvals
- Prepares final layout and copy
- Releases final files to the printer; including but not limited to executing final edits, delivering production-ready files, creating versions, creating PDFs and transferring files to the printer.
- Designs high quality, accurate creative projects that are delivered with a strong attention to detail while maintaining consistently high standards.
- Follows set brand identity and guarantees brand is consistently and professionally represented through all projects
- Ensure optimum operation of equipment and software through knowing preventative maintenance or advising management of issues in a timely manner.
- Follows and adheres to production processes (paperwork & asset management) including tracking workflow and budget requirements.
- Cross-trains with other department team members on computer equipment and job related skills
- Contributes to team efforts as needed.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Art/Art Direction. Equivalent experience may be
- considered in lieu of formal education.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in graphic design or art direction, including client meetings, designing, printer coordination, asset management and project time and cost estimates.
- Highly skilled and efficient with Macintosh computer system using, but not limited to, Adobe Creative Suite, especially, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent creative thinking skills and the ability to apply those skills in design practice.
- Evidence of organization and time management with ability to manage concurrent projects.
- Evidence of ability to work as part of a team as well as individually.
- The ability to travel when necessary and adhere to the Travel Policy.
Where You’ll Work:
- Works in a normal office environment with the exception of occasional use of art materials such as colored markers and adhesive sprays.
- Ability to work beyond traditional office hours when required by project demands.
