This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension. Candidate must be based within one of our current markets: Florida, Massachusetts, or Texas.

IN A NUTSHELL…

As a Contract Graphic Designer, you will be an integral part of our creative team, driving the development of innovative and visually captivating designs that align with our brand vision. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will collaborate closely with the creative team, taking the lead on design initiatives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs across multiple markets and mediums. Your expertise and experience will be instrumental in shaping our creative direction, maintaining brand consistency, and adhering to regulatory guidelines.

This is a 3-month contract position with the potential for extension, offering you an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design projects across multiple markets, including packaging, marketing campaigns, digital assets, and brand collateral.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and solutions to marketing and branding challenges across different markets.
  • Translate strategic objectives and marketing briefs into visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the brand's message and resonate with diverse target audiences.
  • Ensure design alignment with brand objectives and regulatory requirements across different markets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative and cutting-edge design elements.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide quality assurance to ensure design integrity, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent application of visual elements across all design deliverables in various markets.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and printers to oversee the production process, ensuring accuracy and quality of final deliverables.
  • Work independently, demonstrating the ability to manage tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
  • Other duties as assigned.


EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING

  • Age 21 or over
  • High School Diploma
  •  Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
  •  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
  • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as graphic designer or in a similar role, preferably within a regulated industry.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills, including packaging, marketing campaigns, digital assets, and brand collateral.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) Canva, and other relevant design software.
  • In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within cross-functional teams and across different markets.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to manage tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy in design execution.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time 
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery 
  • Frequently communicates with other employees/customers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
