About the Role:

We are seeking a Graphic Design Manager with expertise in branding and visual communication to oversee all design projects from concept to delivery. You will be the creative force behind the Analytic Partners brand across all mediums that drive revenue, brand recognition and employee engagement. You’ll have the opportunity to coordinate with various stakeholders around the creation of visual elements for digital, web and print mediums. Your combination of design expertise and creative vision will be essential in creating a high standard of design excellence.

What you'll be doing:

  • Conceptualize and Design: Generate creative design concepts, and develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, video editing and motion graphics,[AP1] landing page designs and layouts for various marketing materials, including: web graphics[AP2] for social media and ads, sales enablement materials[AP3] , whitepapers or eBooks, email graphics, signage, infographics, reports, presentations, and all other branding and marketing collateral
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all design materials and maintain and enhance our visual brand identity where appropriate
  • Web and Digital Design: Create engaging assets for websites, email campaigns and social media graphics to enhance our online presence
  • Alignment and Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, people partners and external agencies to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that will positively impact our business objectives
  • Relevancy and Forward-Looking: Research and stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices to keep our visual elements fresh and competitive

What we look for in you:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects, including: branding, advertising campaigns, digital design, motion graphics, and typography
  • Advanced knowledge of design software (Adobe CS PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, AdobeXD), AI tools like Firefly, and Figma
  • Professional knowledge and use of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Media Encoder for video editing and production
  • Proficiency in designing for both print and digital mediums, including: advertisements, sales sheets, whitepapers or eBooks, event graphics, website layouts, social media graphics (still and motion), and email campaigns
  • Experience with HTML/CSS to design and optimize graphics for web platforms is a plus
  • Understanding of responsive design principles to ensure designs are optimized for different screen sizes and devices
  • Strong communication/collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams, understand requirements, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry advancements, and the ability to incorporate them creatively into designs
