We’re looking for a highly creative, hands-on marketing professional who loves bringing ideas to life visually and digitally, while also owning marketing execution across multiple locations 


You’ll be the go-to creative engine for the region—designing campaigns, managing content, and partnering with club leaders to drive membership, engagement, and community connection. You’ll also lead one team member focused on events, giving you the opportunity to grow your leadership skills without stepping away from the creative work you love.

Requirements

 What you’ll actually do

  • Design and produce weekly marketing assets (digital + print) that are ready to use in real time
  • Create, capture, and post daily social media content directly from club activity
  • Write and send weekly emails that drive engagement, programs, and membership

Additional responsibilities   

  •  Capture photo/video content in clubs and maintain a content library
  • Partner with fitness, aquatics, and membership teams to promote programs
  • Keep in-club marketing (signage, messaging) fresh and current
  • Support one team member focused on events 

 What makes you a fit

  • You enjoy being hands-on in the work (design, content, posting—not just planning)
  • 2–5 years of marketing experience with strong design skills (Adobe, Canva)
  • Ability to move quickly and manage multiple projects
  • You like being around people and in an active, fitness-focused environment 

Additional details  

  •  Travel between club locations required 
  •  Valid driver’s license required

  • Park in team member-designated areas.  
  • Club cleanliness is an all-team responsibility; assist whenever necessary in any area of the club to keep the club neat and clean.  
  • Assist with Service Days.  
  • Assist with?acac?programs, special events, or activities outside your department. 
  • Promptly return messages.  
  • Exhibit a positive attitude at all times.  
  • Deliver five-star serviceto members and guests with friendliness, direct eye contact, and a pleasant demeanor at all times.
