What You’ll Own:

This isn’t just a role—it’s a creative playground. You’ll:

🎬 Lead & Inspire – Build and guide a high-performing design team that delivers standout work across all brand and marketing channels.

🧠 Tell Visual Stories – Translate technical concepts into clean, captivating designs that speak to both CISOs and the C-suite.

🤖 Leverage AI in design workflows – Use generative AI and animation tools to boost workflows, experiment fast, and push creative boundaries.

💥 Bring Visuals to Life – Add motion and interactivity to our visual universe—think animated explainers, kinetic decks, dynamic web assets.

🤝 Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with marketing, product, and data science to shape visuals that drive real business impact.

🧩 Build Systems That Scale – Establish smart, flexible design systems that keep our global brand sharp and consistent.

What You Bring:

8+ years of hands-on design experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
A portfolio that proves your superpower: storytelling through design
Mastery of tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Lottie, etc.
Experience with generative AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Figma AI—yes, we want that)
A pulse on design trends and the courage to set new ones
Ability to simplify complexity into scroll-stopping visuals
