About Us 

Purpose Brands 414 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit parent organization created to launch and steward redemptive, purpose-driven marketplace initiatives. Our brands include: 

  • Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique in Bentonville, Fayetteville, and Siloam Springs 
  • Thrift Out in Springdale 
  • Bold Lives Men’s Thrift, launching in 2026

Internship Overview 

  • This internship offers a reciprocal opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience for the student while contributing meaningfully to the mission of PB414 by helping us tell beautiful stories through design visuals. 
  • This experience is ideal for someone:
    • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator & InDesign), or similar design tools.
    • Detail oriented with a strong eye for layout, typography, and color theory.
    • Passion for fashion, thrift, and purpose-driven work.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
    • Ability to take feedback and adapt quickly in a collaborative environment.
    • Will need to have your own laptop for work assignments.
  • Location: Mostly remote, with the ability to meet 1-2 times/week at a local coffee shop
  • Schedule and time commitment
    • 10 hours/week
    • Flexible schedule

  • Reports to: Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Curated Fashion Mood Boards: Create seasonal and thematic mood boards to inspire and support merchandising decisions and storytelling for in-store fashion collections.
  • In-Store Signage: Design beautiful and branded signage to drive customer engagement and support promotional efforts, pricing, events, and seasonal themes.
  • Campaign Support: Assist with visual elements for sales campaigns, including store Flips, new arrivals, and community-focused events.
  • Digital Media: Design Facebook Event Pages and/or social post templates aligned with our brand voice and campaign goals.

Skills Required

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
