Key Roles and Responsibilities Graphic Design Responsibilities 1. Design high-quality posters, flyers, banners, brochures, certificates, reports, and other promotional materials for organizational programs and events. 2. Create engaging social media graphics for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), WhatsApp, and other digital platforms. 3. Develop branding materials that maintain BG-NETWORK's visual identity and professional image. 4. Design campaign materials for climate action, environmental awareness, education, helping the Needy and youth empowerment projects. 5. Create infographics, presentations, and visual content that effectively communicate project outcomes and impact. 6. Ensure all designs are completed within agreed timelines and meet organizational standards. 7. Support fundraising campaigns through the development of attractive marketing and promotional materials. Video Editing Responsibilities 1. Edit and produce high-quality videos for organizational events, training sessions, community activities, and awareness campaigns. 2. Create short documentaries, promotional videos, interviews, and success-story videos highlighting project impact. 3. Edit videos for social media platforms and organizational websites. 4. Add graphics, subtitles, transitions, music, and animations to improve video quality and audience engagement. 5. Develop video content that promotes environmental conservation, climate education, youth leadership, and community development initiatives. 6. Organize and maintain a digital library of photos, videos, and multimedia content. 7. Work closely with project teams to ensure visual content accurately reflects project objectives and achievements. General Responsibilities 1. Participate in organizational meetings and planning sessions when required. 2. Collaborate with communication and project teams to develop creative content strategies. 3. Ensure all media content aligns with BG-NETWORK's mission, vision, and values. 4. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling organizational information and media materials. 5. Follow the policies of the organization. 6. Submit regular progress reports on completed assignments.
